1. Make your choice.
2. Fill up the Order Form.
3. Wait for reply & the quotation from us (check in the SPAM also).
4. Make the payment in 2 days (item will be reserved for you).
5. After transaction, inform us by emails or sms (Name, Date, Time and Total)
6. Delivery being processed.
7. Receive the items.
**Make sure that you have read the T&C (Terms & Conditions) before submitting the Order Form.

3. First come first serve.
4. Booking is valid within 48 hours.
5. We will only entertain order through Order Form.
6. Payment must be made in 2 days after receiving quotation from us.
7. No last minute cancellation after the payment has been made.
8. Delivery will be make on the following day once the payment has been made except for SATURDAY, SUNDAY& PUBLIC HOLIDAY.
9. Shipping methods: Poslaju / Pos Ekspres.
10. We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
11. C.O.D can for the nearest customers (area USM (penang & transkrian), Sg. Dua Pulau, Nibong Tebal).
